You submit a free inquiry form and schedule time for our initial consultation.
We get to know about your trip, your travel party, your travel preferences, and you – gaining a better understanding of any likes, wants, and unique needs.
Research
This is where the magic happens and we build your unique, personalized itinerary. Accommodations, dining, activities, excursions – it’s all included. Most importantly, you have complete control – nothing is final until you sign off!
Booking
With your selections finalized, we will take care of the reservations for you. All you need to do now is start thinking about what to pack!

All is good! You are probably wondering how you get your hands on this awesome itinerary, and how you will use it to execute your travel experience. You will have it in your hand the whole time, and so will everyone else on your trip – with the itinerary app on your phone.
Here’s what a 14-hour layover in Dubai that John recently planned looks like. You’ll see that we include the activities as well as insight into how to get from one to another, tidbits like how much to tip, and other pointers that make your travel day run as smoothly as possible!
PRICING
Standard trip planning itineraries are $50 per travel day planned, in full- or half-day increments, with a 3-day minimum
1 planned travel day is 12 hours of detailed planning
We recommend that at least 50% of your travel days be planned
Your unplanned days are days at the beach, exploring the local area, or just hanging out at your resort
Optional Extras
Destination Outline – if you don’t know where you want to go, we can put together 3 “rough itinerary” options that meet your budget and interests. If you choose to have us plan an itinerary for one of these options, you will get 1 planned day for free. The cost for this service is $200
Detailed Flight Assistance – We don’t book flights (see the FAQ), but we can provide detailed flight planning assistance, including provision of up to 5 flight itineraries with pros/cons for each and detailed instructions on how to book directly with the airline. The cost for this service is $25 per person for round trip itineraries.
Rush Fee – if your departure date is within 30 days, all fees are 2x in order to expedite the process and put your trip at the front of the line. This option is subject to availability.
